Founded in 1982, primarily as a residential property management firm, we have since expanded our level of services and expertise to include management of all aspects of the industry from single-family properties, multi-unit complexes, commercial, and homeowner's associations, as well as increasing our coverage area to include Marin and most of the San Francisco Bay Area. We are members of NARPM, CACM, BBB, and various local organizations. One of our long term goals is to continue to grow our presence throughout Marin and the Bay Area. We are also constantly evaluating and deploying the latest technologies as part of our commitment to help our clients maximize their investment portfolio. Our expertise across the broad spectrum of property management and related services allows our clients and investors to focus on their core business while we concentrate on the management issues and maximizing their investment.
